Booking & Confirmation

All services require accurate form submissions and full project details before scheduling can be confirmed. Bookings are reviewed in the order they are received. Your appointment is not considered confirmed until you receive written approval and your invoice has been sent.

Payment Policy

Due to temporary Wix payment restrictions, all payments will be processed externally through secure invoice-based transactions.
Accepted payment methods include:
Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Cash.

An invoice will be sent after your form is submitted and your service is approved. Payment must be completed prior to your appointment or session, unless cash is being used for in-person services. Cash payments are due in full at the completion of service.

This invoicing system ensures safer, more reliable payment processing and protects both the client and the business.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be communicated in advance:

  • Coaching sessions require 24-hour notice

  • Creative direction and print modeling require 48–72 hours, depending on the project

Late cancellations, no-shows, or failure to make payment by the required deadline may result in forfeited appointments, fees, or limited future booking opportunities.

Lateness Policy

A 10-minute grace period is allowed for all services.
At 25 minutes, your appointment or session will be cancelled and marked as a no-show.
Makeup appointments, coaching, and on-location bookings must begin on time to ensure quality and schedule flow.

Travel & Location Requirements

For all travel-based services—including makeup, creative direction, print modeling, and coaching—clients must provide a complete, accurate, and safe location. Travel fees may apply based on distance, time, or complexity.

Professional Conduct

The Glam Factory maintains a professional, respectful, and safe environment for all clients. Services may be declined or ended early if conduct compromises safety, boundaries, or work environment.

Media Usage

By booking with The Glam Factory, you consent to the use of behind-the-scenes footage, final looks, and project highlights for promotional and portfolio purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
For interviews, creative direction, and print modeling projects, media usage will follow the guidelines agreed upon at confirmation.
