Cancellation Policy
Booking & Confirmation Sessions are confirmed after form submission and full invoice payment. Payment Policy Payments are accepted through Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Cash. All coaching sessions must be paid in full upon booking. unless discussed otherwise. Attendance & Lateness Cancellations & Rescheduling Coaching cancellations require 24-hour notice. Late cancellations or missed sessions are non-refundable. Client Expectations Clients should come prepared and committed. Results depend on engagement and follow-through.
